“No Towels”

checked into room. Found no towels in the suite which there was 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Called front desk...told would have to wait until next day when cleaning crew came around to get towels. That wasn't good as we had traveled hours and would be out next morning early. Needless to say I voiced my opinion and insisted on towels. Told they would search other rooms not in use and see what they could find. Finally they show up with 5 towels. Good to go. Next morning go down to continental breakfast, took one look at it's sparse prepackage stuff and went to McDonalds. Needless to say long day and when we returned to room it had been cleaned and when ready for all to start showers.....NO TOWELS! Took the dirty ones but left none. Needless to say got on phone to desk. They scrounged up and brought 2 for 4 people. I called desk again and said do you know how many people in suite and how many towels it takes. They said no. So i enlightened them. They showed up later with 4 more towels. All good. Next morning when adults started taking shower, the plunger that hold the water in shower mood decided to break and not stay up. In order to rinse the soap off, you had to do a bend over dance to hold it up to get rinsed. Also, you were continually scalded or cold. The water themperature varied throughout you shower. Internet connection sucked. Couldn't get off their web page and signal very weak. We checked out 2 days early and went elsewhere. Not a friendly place and not kept up very well.
