I am truly not sure what I was expecting, but certainly better than this! It is off in a hole. You have to walk into the rooms from the outside. It was me, my daughter, and her 7 month old daughter. We drove around and parked, hauled all of our stuff to the door of our room, then our keys would not work. We were already nervous about the place. I called the office, and she was like can you just come back and get new keys. This would have meant a long trip with all our stuff back to the car, or leaving my daughter and granddaughter standing there outside in the dark with our stuff. I said no. We waited and waited, then a man walked up and asked us if we couldn't get in our room, and we said no, and explained. He pulled a key out of his pocket and opened our door. Yes, we really felt safe then, lol. The bathroom and vanity had hairs, etc...gross. Before you judge me, please remember it was late, we had a 7 month old that was DONE. We decided we could handle it to sleep. Remember, you get what you pay for. I don't ask for much, but safe and clean mean a lot.
