“The gentleman checking us in was very helpful. The desk in...”; Feb 27, 2013 Linda M, Bethesda; The gentleman checking us in was very helpful. The desk in the morning was often not covered. When I went to inquire about our cable, there was nobody at the desk. The ladies in the morning were not very friendly. The location was good, but the hotel itself is very dated. The bed was not comfortable.
