“locked out for 2 hours”; Oct 09, 2012 Tina G, East Moline; the first night there we were locked out of our room. front desk clerk did not know what to do. she gave us new keys 3 times before she walked to our room to try and see the problem. took 2 hours before we got into a different room. and that smelled like a dead body was in there. so got a different room. and another hour for the old room to be opened so we could get our stuff. then they gave us free pizza but didn't say let me refund your room give you a discount nothing. front desk staff very uneducated on the hotel. some guys sitting in the breakfast area mentioned maybe the battery on the door went dead that's why we were locked out.. also they do not have a 24 hour maintanence man around at all. very disorganized.
