“worst hotel experience”

I have traveled a lot, and stayed in very different hotels, but this is probably the worst hotel a I have stayed in. I was traveling to chicago and needed a place to stay overnight so I choose a hotel "close" to the airport. The hotel is even called Howard Johnson Ohare. The site said complementary shuttle, when I arrived there was no complementary phone to call the hotel to pick me up, so I had to call from a phone booth and it took 1 hour to answer and half hour to get there. When we were on our way to the airport, it took us 30 minutes to get there, so I complained about the closeness they had advertised. The lady in the front desk was very rude, there were several groups that arrived at the same time, and she yelled at us and treated us like it was a favor she was doing checking us in. After probably another half hour they finally give me the key and I walked through that hall that had almost no light towards the elevator, it smelled like old, and humid. The room had a strong humid smell and there was a list of channels in the bed, that didn't matched what was on tv. The next morning there was only coffee and some biscuits for breakfast (the site said continental breakfast) I didn't took a thing and check out to go straight to the airport (another half hour drive). Overall you can stay in better places for cheap, or pay a litlle more and stay in really good hotels.
