“Most ghetto hotel I've ever been to!”

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. The building looks nothing like the pictures. The lobby was filthy and had a ladder stored in the hallway (it was there for the 2 days I was there). The parking lot was a giant ice skating ring. Everything was old and filthy. The staff were the most unprofessional and ghetto looking staff I have ever seen. No was wearing a uniform or name tag. Half the time I expected to get shived when ever I walked past the maintenance staff. I tried to get my receipts and had to stand there for 15 minutes listing to the hotels inventory issues before I could get them. I went to the business center and it was being used as a store room, and if you were brave enough to squeeze past the boxes to get to the computer, they expect you to swipe a credit card to use it. I has two business guests with me and they were very offended by their accommodations. I had to show them the pictures that were on the website when I booked the hotel. When I get back to my office, I will make sure our travel agent knows to never book a room there again. Also, I want it known that I consider the pictures of that hotel false advertising
