“I will never ever stay here again nor will I encourage others too.”

The service was horrible, the room was very bad for the fact that it was called a suite and was 110$ a night. For that price I got an outdated room, filthy carpet, toilet that would not flush, television that had no working cable- I work for a large cable company, I checked the hook ups which were correct, the box itself was faulty when i told the desk attendant this he argued with me. The free wifi did not exist- we could not conduct our business for the night we stayed which cost us about 5 hours of work @ $175 an hour. when we called down to the desk to report the wifi they argued it was working. We tried everything the husband is in IT your HOJO access point had less than 1 bar. With an antenna we still got nothing. Upon deciding to go to sleep since there was nothing else to do, can't work can't watch television, we found that first the pillows were losing their stuffing- out the side.. The bed was lumpy in places, broken down in others and hard as a rock in others so there was no sleep.. When the morning came I checked out and cancelled my second night due to the fiasco I had to endure the night before. I was assured I would not be charged the second night and checked out. the next morning at 5am my credit card was charged for the second night. When i called there to have them reverse the charge they assured me it had been. I checked credit card today 3-11 and it is still on there. I will never stay with your company again. We travel for business so staying in rooms is common for us. Never again with your company..... I will make sure I tell everyone about this fiasco as well. Oh and we had no hot water to shower with...
