“needs upgrade”

hotel is in need of an upgrade of its rooms. the first night, room did not have number on outside of door, had to guess if that was my room. security latch was hanging by one loose screw which was sharp. room was clean but could tell older furnitures and tv were in room. 2nd night--room had number on door but sheets did not fit the bed. came off during the night. no fun sleeping on a mattress that does not have a mattress pad or cover. room was also in need of upgrade but clean. need to have some sort of reflector or sign at entrance. difficulty finding entrance in the dark. also sunday night clerk needs to learn her computer system. she had trouble determining that she should bill my company and not charge my credit card. she also failed to give me wifi info and i had to go back to lobby to ask because phone in room 100 did not work. clerk tues night was friendly and helpful he did not charge my personal credit card. floor lamp in room 100 does not work
