I apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our facility has interior and exterior rooms available to our guests. You mentioned that you booked an exterior room, and it was cold outside. I would welcome you to try the hotel again, and book an interior room. This would ensure that you would not have to walk outside to access the pool.I will address the maintenance issues you presented with the staff to ensure that they are fixed. « hide

First of all, I would like to thank you for your wonderful words about the pool area.I apologize that you were inconvenienced by the heating and air cooling systems. Our building is not equipped to have both the heat and air conditioning on at the same time.I have addressed the concerns you had in your room with the maintenance department. I have also researched your billing concerns. I do see where you were charged for an interior room even though you stayed outside. The staff would have gladly adjusted this billing error upon check out, had they had the opportunity. I have adjusted the bill and emailed you the copy.I would welcome you to try us again. « hide

I apologize that you experienced an unsatisfactory stay during your recent visit.I have spoken to the maintenance department to rectify the assumed mold issue. In regards to the condensation, you did state that you stayed in an exterior room. During the cold season, the windows can condensate if the guests close the curtains all of the way. Unfortunately, we are unable to prevent this from happening.It is our company policy to take a deposit for cash paying guests. Guests that pay with a credit card also have an authorization for deposit on their credit card. Policies for hotel rooms vary by hotel, but all hotels have some for of deposits they get from their guests.I apologize that you were inconvenienced during your stay. « hide
