“Never book with the corporate headquarters, they never sent over our reservation!”

Carrie at the front desk was wonderful to deal with. Considering we had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby while on hold with the corporate office. They wouldnt allow us to cancel our reservation that they never sent over until we argued with them for 40+ minutes. My family and dog had little sleep because of our late night and early morning leave time. Doubt I would ever stay at a Howard Johnson again. THEY obviously dont value MY time enough to get us in a room in a reasonable amount of time. They know nothing about guest service at their booking headquarters. Its not my fault you were having computer problems. It was our last nights stay from 5 days of travel and the worst experience of all the hotel chains we stayed at. Stick to red roof, days inn, holiday inn, etc.
