“Waterloo”; Mar 06, 2013 Wesley V, Larchwood; Our stay was horrible. I reserved a room with 3 quen beds and when I checked in I got a room with only 2 queen beds. I talked to the Manager and she said that there was nothing that she could do. She was very rude and was yelling at me. There was no towels at the pool. Our shampoo and conditioner were not replaced.
