“Hurricane Sandy”; Nov 19, 2012 Joseph P, Corona; Room location was awful - 5 steps below ground near lobby. Very loud. Television reception - even though it was DirecTV - was awful. No tv guide on television. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Shower was good although toilet flushing capability was poor. I waited an HOUR for the shuttle to pick me up at JFK.
