“Overall good clean hotel”; Jan 02, 2013 Sharon R, Streator; The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the location to the airport met our needs. My only complaint was when we got there. There were 2 gentlemen trying to fix the computer so we stood there for 15 minutes waiting to check in without them talking to us. Later I asked for an extra room coffee and another ashtray and the man at the desk couldnt find anything. Never got the extra items.
