“Disaster in the making”

  , Saint Petersburg
this was to be a our weekend.. but we visited the property a week before to check out the room.. It was ok.. but there was an ODOR.. and a light was out in the Bath. We went to the front desk and advised them, They it will be taken care of before our visit. When we arrived the room odor was almost gone but the light still need to be repaired. We waid Oh well.. but the it seem the cleaned the carpet trying to rid the room of the odor. But once the A/C was running the odor reutrned. I sniffed the air closely as it exited the A/C unit. It wreaked of HUMAN URINE. I know that many people from other countrys urinate in the A/C units when they cannot got straight to the bathroom.. I wanted to wait and write all of this down at one time. We had a room with a big Jaccuzzi tub. It was and big enough for the two of us, the hot water tap would not shut off all the way. So I guess by now they have spent alot of money on hot water. So I guess that to remediate this odor problem the A/C will need to removed and acid washed. Otherwise the other problems can be solved routinely. Thank you for the oppertunity to bring forth these problems to your staff. Due to a full house we could not be moved.
