“Park & Fly”

We have stayed at this hotel for the past couple of years when we fly to the Caribbean for our 13 day stay in St. Martin. Our stay on March 9th was great and uneventful. Staff was great and we utilized the shuttle to the airport and everything went smoothly. Our stay on March 22nd, however was not as great. Again, staff was wonderful, shuttle picked us up at airport and no problems there. However, we rented 2 rooms as we had another couple traveling with us. We arrived at approximately 11 pm and were sent to the 2nd floor and upon entering the hallway to our rooms, the heat was gone. When we opened our rooms, the room couldn't have been higher than 50 degrees! We turned the heat on but it took nearly 2 hours to heat the room up enough for me to take my heavy sweatshirt off! At that time of night and after traveling on planes all day, I didn't have the energy to go complain and I figured it wouldn't do me any good anyways at that hour and I was too tired to have to change rooms. I will give this hotel one more chance as we've never had any real issues in the past but if I ever enter another room at that temperature, it will be the last time we stay there.
