We do our best to book the groups away from our other guests whenever possible to avoid any disruptions. We should have assisted you better about the sports bar and glad you did find one convenient to the hotel. I assure you that what you experienced is not up to the high standards we strive to uphold everyday. I understand you choose not to stay with us again due to the negative experience you had. I wish we could have provided you with a better stay. Dear Guest; Thank you for taking the time to write a review and share your trip with us. We appreciate your request for meat on the breakfast menu and you are not alone with guests asking for that. We provide a hot, delicious complimentary breakfast but for many reasons will not be adding meat mainly as there is no where to prepare it and store it properly. I will bring up the location of the ashtray to the manager and request that it be moved further from the front entrance and we will try to encourage our guests that chose to smoke to please smoke away from the main building.
