We have made many upgrades to the hotels interior over the years and pleased to know it doesn't go unnoticed. For the outside, every now and then, just like a home, the hotel needs a coat of paint to freshen it up from the normal wear and tear caused by the environment. Howard Johnson Washington DC North is located about 3 miles from downtown DC and it is an ideal location for those that want to tour the city or have a business there, and not want to pay the city rates (and more for parking).
