“smelly, dirty, substandard”; Oct 24, 2012 Leah M, Portsmouth, Nh; The front desk was not staffed. When i rang the bell, a women came out of the restroom. The front desk smelled like cat litter. The vending machines had handwritten labels and didn't work. The room was fairly clean, but there were a lot of missed areas: under the bed, around the top of the shower. I did not get a receipt for my stay when I checked out. There is nobody to answer the phone. The phone at the desk just rings and rings forever.
