“Poor”

To start off on a good note the price was the best in the area, the ONLY plus for your hotel. . The first night in the room everything was fine, everything was satisfactory. But we were in the room the whole time and the second night there was a mouse in our room. The front desk was less than helpful. They sent house keeping with a trash bag like that was going to fix the problem. They weren't even going to offer me to switch rooms which should have been the first thing they would try todo, like im going to want to sleep with a mouse. I had to go down to the front desk and say it numerous times like it was a problem to move rooms. Then in the room we moved to smelt so bad and the quality seemed nothing like the other room. The bathroom door would not close, the front door sides had huge cracks so noise and light jus poured in. And to top everything off the communication from the employees was horrible. They didnt not understand anything i was saying and vice versa. Poor experience.
