- I stay here often and always enjoy my stay. Everyone is usually very courteous, but this last stay disappointed me. My problem was very simple. When I checked in, I paid for a microwave. The room did not have one, so I called to the front desk several times. No one would provide me with one. And the night clerk was very rude. Also, I paid for this microwave, never received it, and was refused a refund or just a simple credit. I was very disappointed, as I always enjoy my stays here.
