“Jaczzi”; Dec 27, 2012 Eiko S, Novi; I use this hotel as regular base in at least twice in a year. Summer and Winter.This time was very disappointed. I am not sure how clean swimming pool water. I felt you haven't used it for a while or you haven't opened for a while. Something like that. Specially Jaczzi was a big issue. It wasn't working. I really love to use it after busy schedule. I had good time before just resting in jaczzi. But not this time. We couln't enjoy what ever the reason was. So our joy of stay was cut in a half.
