“Wont stay there again”

  , Kenosha
We choose this hotel because the rate was reasonable and it was close to where our family was gathering. We had a room in the 200 series of rooms. We went down a hallway and went thru a door to the 200 series rooms. The hallway itself on the other side of the door dropped 15-20 degrees. Our room was freezing! We turned on the heat that was very loud and noisy and ran it for an hour to no avail. I cant sleep with a lot of noise, so we had to turn it off. The room was so cold it was unbearable. It seemed like this was the 'old' area of the hotel that was no longer being heated. We wanted to stay later the next morning to enjoy the nice pool......but couldn't warm up enough to put suits on and way thru the freezing hallway. Ended up going home early. Wouldn't stay there again. The only bright spot was the singing waiter at the breakfest buffet. He was very nice and really made a bad situation bearable.
