“Howard Johnson?”

Not the Howard Johnson I was expecting. The hotel lacked in many areas and did not make up for it in any other ways. Rooms are dark and musty. Our first room had a broken light fixture and reeked of smoke. It also had a mousetrap right outside the door. We asked for a different room. Breakfast is a nightmare - 2 kinds of cereal, a bowl of fruit cocktail with saran wrap on it, walmart muffins, dollar store bread still in the packaging, and a single waffle maker. To top it off, the fire alarm went off several times (burnt toast) and it is very difficult to eat comfortably as there is just no room. The hotel seems focused on the Indian restaurant, which does leave behind a lingering odor. The pool is outdoors and not heated but it is in a nice area to sit down and relax. Choose wisely...
