“never again”

there was no internet available and i was counting on being able to use my laptop on this trip. i was told to come to the lobby but i couldnt bring my whole family to the lobby to do a devotional. so that was not practical advice. also, the beds were terrible, i felt like i was sleeping on a lumpy rock. the shower was terrible, not enough water pressure and the shower head was from the 1960s. i will never stay at this hotel again. i am in gatlinburg every february, sometimes rent more than one room, so theyre losing business with me. this hotel should realize there are PLENTY of other hotels to stay at and they need to improve to be competitive.
