“Not A Good Representative For Super 8”

The place was run down. The wall under our A/C was fixed with a lousy patch job. But the worst part of the stay was the charge for a pet when the pet came into the property for less than 5 minutes.When the desk clerk called to ask us about the pet, we offered to remove the pet. She was my daughters and was going back home with her. This guy would not hear of it. He harassed me for an extra 20 dollars for at least 20 minutes. I hope it was worth it as I will not stay in this worn out Super 8 ever again. The hallways were not air conditioned in a warmer environment like that. The housekeeper turned our A/C off after cleaning our room, thus leaving the place to have to cool off. Even the vending machines were very old. Clearly this place has no desire to be a quality property. I haven't had such a negative experience in any hotel in the last 25 years. I will be sharing with any friends who might be traveling there in the future to avoid this property. My daughter is a college student there and many of my friends have children who will be attending in the years to come. If Super 8 would like to reimburse me the ungodly stupid fee of 20 dollars I was charged, that would make this a bit more easy to swallow.
