“Awesome Deal But Horrible Front Desk Service!”; Feb 28, 2013 A K, Dubois; Everything about this hotel was wonderful EXCEPT for the front desk staff! This girl must not know what customer service is because I have never experienced anything like her before. When checking in I don't think she looked up from her computer screen once to actually look at me. Her speech was very robotic and very out-of-touch. The house cleaning staff was wonderful and did a lovely job with our room service and it is a very clean hotel. Great competative prices!!
