“Awful!!!”

This is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The first room we were given was filthy dirty. The carpeting had obviously not been vacuumed. There were crushed chips, candy, and candy wrappers all over the room. The mirror had greasy fingerprints smeared all over it. The bathroom drain was broken and just laying beside the tub and there was a single towel, shampoo and soap for a room with 2 queens. No conditioner and lotion and yes, a SINGLE towel. We moved to another room and that room was just as filthy. There was a dirty plastic spoon beside the television which was very visible. The closet smelled like cat urine. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. And the air conditioning was broken. The low cool button was missing, so my only choice was high cool or high fan on a hot August day. Oh and if that wasn't bad enough, we purchased bracelets to use the waterslide and the majority of people that entered the pool after us were able to use the waterslide without bracelets. When I informed the general manager of the condition of the rooms and our experience at the pool, she was very unapologetic. I suggested a partial refund, so she asked me "what I thought would be fair?" She gave me a 30% refund, but was clearly annoyed and never offered an apology for our negative experience.
