“Very poor staff except for one lady named Louisa”

Lots of drug use and my wife believes she saw one male employee selling in the parking lot. The pool makes the entire place smell like chlorine and the pool is dirty green colored water. The parking lot was so noisy with truck refrigerator units going off all night. I was booked for an entire week and we regret staying here. We complained numerous times with no help to include unlocking our safe. Finally after 2 days of asking them to put us on the other side of the hotel they did. They had to upgrade the room but that's called customer service and should have been done the first night of complaining. The staff is in expereinced and lack "customer service". Our family has stated at the Howard Johnson at Disneyland and loved it. This location needs major investigation and when my wife called corporate to complain she was told that the front desk should be able to help, well we tried and Thats why she called corporate. Corporate should have been the ones to sort this out. She explained that we had tried that route already.
