“The swimming pool and spa was cold. Nothing was done to...”; Feb 23, 2013 Corie P, Belgrade; The swimming pool and spa was cold. Nothing was done to change it and I wanted to go swimming with my family. The staff were cold and distant and didn't converse much. The rooms were a little dirty, but the beds and t.v. were nice.
