“could be better....”

hi...my complain its not about the hotel..its about the front desk lady...doesnt know anyting about customer service at all...stinky negative attitude.....all because i want it to check in early..around 12 noon....it took her like 5 min to attend me because she was to bussy doing someting in the computer....didnt even look at me.....then she told me its $20 dollars extra for early check in..with her attitude tone of voice...and she cant do anytin about it...$20 bucks!!! you want it???i say ok....then she gave me a room (112) in the first floor , which i told her i didnt want there..try second floor.. and again..that attitude tone of voice, she said thats the only room available at this time..never check for 2floor..and i just took it...bottom line..i felt like i was NOT WELLCOME there ok.. i am a regular customer there..like 12 years..5 times a year..i am in new york i go there to visit my kids. and never have any kind of problem before..only this time..thats all...thanx.......
