“A very cold stay...”; Dec 19, 2012 Brad J, Fredericton; The staff were very friendly. The renovations are okay...akin to putting lipstick on a pig though. My biggest issue was that the heater didn't work in the first room (it was -22 that night) so we were moved to a different room and that took 2 hours to get comfortable. So it was 3:00 am before I was comfortable enough to sleep. When I informed the staff the next day I got nothing other than a vapid apology. Won't be back...even if the team is staying there ...we won't be.

I can assure you that this is not a usual occurrence at our hotel and the heater was fixed immediately after your departure.
