Thanks Danny for your comments about your recent stay at our hotel. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your room and the hot buffet breakfast in the morning. I would like to apologize that the pool was too cold to enjoy. I am happy to tell you that since your stay with us we have purchased a new heater for the pool, it is almost twice the size of the previous one! We installed it last week the pool has remained at a very comfortable temperature.We hope that if you are traveling through the Miramichi in the future that you will stay with us and have the opportunity to enjoy our salt water pool. Hello Janice! I want to thank you for taking the time to write a response and help us narrow down areas of the hotels that need immediate attention. At times it takes a prospective of others to help us get one more step closer to creating a 100% positive guest experiences. These items have been our highest priority since your stay: All rooms were checked for missing or damaged wall plugs, heating unit's were all extensively cleaned out and all toilets were checked for running water. I want to apologize for your experience at breakfast, we have since added larger garbage bins, extra stock of eggs and sausages and of course a second helper for breakfast on dates when the hotel is full of teams. Also because of the large size of our parking lot we understand that these area's where water is pooling especially in parking spaces needs to be leveled out or drained properly. We will be going through a full renovation in late 2013 and early 2014 for our guest rooms and common areas to go with a new and fresh look. Hi Laurie,We definitely need to finish our upgrades so every room has a flatscreen TV, new carpet, etc. We are about 80% finished and hope to entirely finish in the upcoming months. I am glad that you enjoyed your sleep though, the purchase of all new bedding and duvets seems to be enjoyed by the guests. That's great to hear!
