“Dirty beds, bathrooms and rude staff”

I stayed here because it was cheap and had ok ratings. Boy were they wrong never again it was a nightmare, we got into the lobby and noone was there, there was a phone to call the front desk and after about the 5th time calling someone finally came she was very rude ad said I kept hanging up on her when in actuality it kept going to voicemail. Once we walked over to the hallway where are room was it smelled weird, very musty but I figured i could live with that. I went into the room and checked both beds like I do at every hotel and that is where I discovered blood stained sheets and crumbs in the bed. Clearly the sheets hasn't been changed from the last guest. I was so grossed out and went and told the front desk, luckily it was someone new, he was Rey apologetic and got us a new room, smelled a lot better but still wasn't perfectly cleaned but I wear flip flops at all hotels anyways so I could at least spend 3 nights here. The next night when i went to get into bed I noticed that duvet was put on wrong, when I moved I saw a huge red stain inside there and was grossed out to have slept on there. I went to the desk again and it was the first woman again he was rude yet again and didn't believe us and then proceeded to talk cheap about how housekeeping doesn't speak English and she can't communicate with them, very unprofessional. No other issues after that although I did find it odd that the employees are instructed not to give out the managers name. I did enjoy the breakfast and the pool was clean. I guess you get what you pay for but I would've still thought the hotel would have some sort of pride in how they are represented.
