- I have several critical complaints.1) your Internet connection procedure is awful. Complicated, tiresome, small print, and loaded with your self-serving promos. Fire your it engineer and just make it simple, a couple of keystrokes! I was so disgusted with time wisted using it I thought: never go back to hojo.2) heater was noisy3) water was not hot enough for shaving.Staff was good. Breakfast good, but too few tables.Definitely not a first class experience. Most of all, simplify in access.Douglas leiterman
