“The Worst Place I Ever Stayed”

We arrived with a 5 night reservation and had only 2 hangers in our room and when we requested more we were told there were none. The first full day we went out and returned at 4:30 to shower and change for dinner however our room was not made up & all the towels were removed and not replaced. After complaining the room was finall y done at 6:00 pm just as we were picked up for our dinner plans. The manager told is he would credit us for one day due to this Each night we had to request towels for 2 they would only leave for one person. Not only did he not credit us upon checkout and deny saying he would when we received our credit card bill he billed for an additional day causing a duplicate billing. We checked out on Sun afternoon but paid until Mon AM due to the storm coming we paid until Monday am which meant he could now book the room to someone else for Sun pm He then blled us again for Sunday night. The WiFi never worked even though they siad they rebooted the router making us think it was our laptop however we had no problems at 3 other hotels on our trip. He wanted us to pay & use his computer in the lobby even though they say free wifi. We made a call to Bloomfield which should be local from Clifton and were charged $8.00 we could have hired a cab for that price! They also allowed people to park in the handicap spots without a handicap placard or plate and when we complained they just shrugged us off.We travel alot & have never been so disappointed stayed with Wyndam places before but would never recommend this one.
