“Bad service”

The room overall is average, you get what you paid for, no more and no less. I did however did not appreciate the metal device protruding out of the bottom of the bed. The worst part is that the bed sheet covers it so you literally cannot see the metal sticking out. My daughter and myself trip over it constantly and to say that it was painful is a huge understatement. The hotel clerk upon checking out was certainly not friendliest clerk I've ever encountered but that didn't bother me. What bothered me was when I found out that he made a mistake with the room charge. He charged me twice for my stay. When I asked about it, he was rude and unapologetic about his mistake. He even tried to convince me that he made no such mistake even when I showed him the printed receipt. I literally had to call my credit card company to talk to him so that they can explain the double charge on my credit card. Once he finally realized his mistake, I still didn't get an apology, instead he just said "I fixed it already!" in a very rude tone.
