“Unfortunate”

Unfortunately, I can not in all honesty, rate my visit higher. I will explain. Whoever checked me in was very professional and informative about the bus to NYC. It is too bad this is the highlight of my stay. To begin with, the wifi was terrible if not useless. It made both work and pleasure more difficult because of the poor internet. I was not able to research events in NYC and had to go away from the hotel for wifi service.Saturday night of my stay, I had to work late. I placed the do not disturb sign on my door. As I was trying to sleep, the first disruption was somebody pounding on the door with "checkout time!" I wasn't checking out until Tuesday. Later, with the do not disturb sign still on the door came, "room service!" This is unforgivable. I feel Howard Johnson owes me a day at least, because of the terrible wifi and disruptions. I am not one to complain, we all work, but I hope that my comments will allow this Howard Johnson an opportunity to improve. With that being said, I will not share this with others.
