We recently renovated our pool area, glad your daughter enjoyed it. We are in the process of renovating our guest rooms and while we cannot change everything we are making great progress where we can. We understand the breakfast times are convenient for some but not everyone, unfortunately the times are not due to change but Christopher's Pub on site opens at 11:30am for early lunch for guests that may miss the complimentary breakfast and have a little extra time before getting on the road to their destination. We try to provide a clean, comfortable guest room in a friendly environment as well as offer an exceptional value. Sometimes for reasons that are out of our control such as the maintenance issues you mentioned, and other guests being noisy we are not able to meet that goal and it is disappointing when we don't. Please accept our apologies for the condition of your guest room as we are in the process of upgrading our hotel and some rooms still need to be finished.
