“Bad Experience”; Nov 05, 2012 Prageeth S, Colombo; Good place but the service was bad. The shuttle driver was asking for tips and then the hotel suddenly says no shuttle service available. And also in the last day the hotel driver charged me USD 25 where I was supposed to travel free. Hotel staff supported him as well.

We appreciate your time to write your concerns. We apologize for all the inconveniences that you had to go through during your stay. The reason we could not reach out all our guest in time about the sudden scarcity of fuel supply in New York City. We ran the shuttle on the schedule time as soon as the fuel was available. We had a very rough fall season due to hurricane Sandy. We hope you will understand the situation which is not in our hand and still we tried best to make our guest happy and their stay comfortable. We would appreciate you if you can give us a chance to serve you in future. « hide
