“over priced”; Dec 05, 2012 Walter C, South Lake Tahoe; I thought the room was small with limited cable channels. The room was right next to the breakfast room, so it was very noisy in the morning. The wifi connection was fair at best. The room key card had to be redone daily for some reason. Parking was very limited. Over priced for what I got. I moved to the comfort inn just up the way and for a litlle bit more got a better room/deal.

Thank you for taking time to write your concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have 54 channels provided by DIRECT TV. Yes, we have limited parking and we have advised our guest on all our websites. But, we have ample street parking surrounding the hotel. Also, we make your key for 1 night in case you lose it with the room number on the key envelope. We hope you will give us a chance to serve you in future. « hide
