I'm truly sorry for the bad experience that you had encounter while we were under construction,we were just changing out the carpets because of previous guest allergies and wanted to make it a more comforting environment for our future guest, so in that process we were putting brand new laminated wood floor in all bedrooms. I'm very sorry your stay was during that renovation process, and just to let you know the construction is over so please give us another chance to make your stay in new york worth the while. « hide

Sorry for the inconvenience but as she said we didn't have anymore rooms available to change your room and as you said she did try to help the situation and kindly assisted you by giving you a portable heater, which i know you weren't aware of this but that's the same portable heater that she use to keep herself warm at the front desk when it gets too cold because the doors open and close frequently so its a little more difficult to keep that area warm when the hot and cold air is constantly mixing. « hide

The hotel shuttle service are allowed to pick up from FEDERAL CIRCLE only and not from the terminals. Yes, we have limited parking and we have advised our guest on all our websites. But, we have ample street parking surrounding the hotel.
