“Hotel fit our needs”

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. The first time we had a much nicer room. Don't understand how they choose which room you get. Our room was suitable though although I might have liked another blanket. (blanket and beadspread were thin).I see you offered continental breakfast. We had no idea that this was offered and left in the morning for Dunkin Donuts. Both times I reserved via phone. First time I asked for confirmation...it would not have been sent if I didn't ask. I didn't ask the 2nd trip and never got a confirmation. Both times I had to ask for receipt after check-in. I even left and came back for it both times. Both confirmation and receipt should happen automatically. The good news about the hotel is that it is close to what we are in Middletown for (dog agility competition at a farm less than 4 miles away). It also has exterior sliding doors so we can enter and exit with the dogs without going in the hallway. My dogs were less aware that anyone else was in the building that way. Also good news is there are lots of restaurant choices and other stores nearby if we needed anything. Could also park right outside our sliders so was easy to unload and load.
