“Great Service but a little rough around the edges”

I booked a room with a hot tub online. My total for the night was $150. It was about 9:30-10pm when I arrived and there were women drinking outside in the parking lot. At the time of my stay there was some type of construction going on so the outside was a bit upside down. The parking situation was not good because of all the equipment/trucks from the contruction. When I got to my room I looked or the hot tub and it wasn't at all what I expected. It was really just a slightly larger bathtub/shower with a couple of jets. I was disappointed but started it up so i could soak my back. it would no fill up because the stopper was missing/broken. I contacted the desk. Shortly after I called the clerk came to the room to inform me there was nothing he could do to fix it but he would take $30 off my room. I was again disppointed because I needed to soak in the hot tub. He did make it right by offering me another room with a working hot tub. The room he gave me was a serious upgrade from th original one which I appreciated. It's actually more along the lines of what I had originally expected. The hot tub was next to the bed and large enough for 2. The only problem now was the water pressure was so low it took about an hr for the tub to fill. The cable was not hooked up nd it took me a few miutes to get the tv working. The bed was very comfortable and we did get a good nights sleep. When I started to make coffee in the morning, there were bugs inside the machine. The property really should be managed better especially for the nightly rate charged.
