“Stinking "non-smoking room"”; Feb 08, 2013 Michael M, Liverpool; I chose this facility for it's convenient proximity to my business travel location AND the low-cost rate. Reserved a non-smoking room, confirmed that i would be checking into a non-smoking room because it was on the non-smoking floor. It reaked! To their credit, upon my request, the front desk offered to move me. I was to tired from my travels to bother. Also, the entire facility seemed to be run down and in disrepair. (Elevator did not work properly.) Nice people trying to run a poor facility.

Per standards we have to offer 15% of our hotel as smoking, and sometimes the smell travels. We will make sure the proper fresheners will be used more often for our guests.
