“Worst hotel stay of my life”

We had a horrible experience. We stayed for our wedding anniversary It was a huge disappointment. The room was decent in size and would have been fine for our needs during the stay with all the things that went wrong wrong it ruined the experience. The room had cracks in the ceiling, the bathroom door didn't close, the bathroom floor was dirty and running water was yellow. We enjoyed the city and came back to our room to find no one had cleaned the room . None of the things were restocked. I called the front desk to ask for towels and the woman asked me to walk to the front desk to get the towels. I walked up the front desk in the cold weather for her to give me two towels. I asked her for another towel and she reluctantly gave me one more towel. I explained that no one cleaned our room or restocked our items and she asked if i left the sign on the door i explained i didnt leave a sign on the door and she said that she couldn't do anything because the cleaning staff went home already. That night we were woken up to a group of drunk people screaming and singing in front of our door. The time we spent there the "free" wifi did not work. I was very disappointed with our stay like I said we have minimal needs in a hotel and I felt that Howard Johnson was decent name in hotels. We spend 150$ a night. For this high price we expect at least a clean room and friendly respectful service
