“Wasn't promised the rate I had got when I booked it.”; Nov 20, 2012 Elizabeth D, Delmar; It was overall an okay experience. We only spent one night for a soccer tournament. We had a group rate when I booked it, but then the block got broken up and I was never informed, so I lost the rate on two rooms. I got charged $50 more for the two rooms which was a drag.
