“Very Unhappy”; Oct 22, 2012 , Brooklyn; When we arrived and went to register we found a very young man at the registration desk..He was even asked how old he was..He said 18...I don't believe it...Secondly, he asked for our registration and credit card which was fine...WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THAT HE TOOK A COPY OF OUR DRIVERS LICENSE...WHEN ASKED WHY, HE SAID I HAVE TO....Well let me tell you, this is not a threat, but, if there is any repercussion about that action will be taken...Unfortunately, we were with 6 other couples and we couldn't all find other rooms, otherwise I would have left that place in a hurry...I hope that you can explain to me, because he couldn't, why he took a copy of our drivers licenses..My husband and I are always traveling and staying in different hotel/motels and have never had this experience....
