“Tired Hotel in Need of Makeover”; Dec 22, 2012 Sharon H, Ooltewah; Although we have stayed here a number of times because of the convenient location to Biltmore and the usually lower rates than other nearby hotels, it is becoming obvious that this a tired hotel with old carpet, thread bare linens and a minimal breakfast. Will probably start to look for other accommodations for future trips.
