“not the best experience”

We booked this hotel for 3 nights.we were in town for the wedding(me and my husband were in the wedding)in error, we were checked into a smoking room.at first, it was just this really strong citrus odor...that we complained to the front office about...but it was not until the next day that we figured out we were in the smoking room.:(took them 2 days to move us to the non smoking room, and we could not sleep at all for 2 nights.Manager was not really friendly when I asked to talk to her about this issue.She reimbursed the $, but didn't even say she was sorryI was really disappointed...all I wanted is a nice, clean smelling room.
