“Extremely nice people, but run-down and dirty..”

- Alone, I requested a king-size bed. The room reserved for me was too near a busy street. I inspected 3 other rooms before deciding on one recently converted from a handicapped, 2 bed unit to a single king room. The bed was positioned such that the door to the bath room would not close; there was very dirty carpet throughout; the walls in the bath room were patched, and dirty. The security chain on the door was missing; the tissue holder in the bath room was rusty and dirty; the mirror was dirty. However, it was a spacious room and the bath was very large, with a clean shower and tub.
